The number of Kosovars who are losing their real estate , because failure to repay debts to commercial banks in Kosovo , is growing day by day . Convinced that could lie ahead for monthly installments to the bank as security Kosovars have entered as a mortgage , homes , lands , shops , various objects and everything else .
But the financial crisis , uncertain income , have led to a situation where companies can fail very quickly , whereupon their assets confiscated and disposed on sale through auctions by different courts .
Official data show that only in Pristina held to 10 such auctions within a month . Basic Court in Pristina exercised an average of 90 cases per year , submitted by banks to allow execution on the basis of real estate mortgage .
