The Law on the categories of war "persons raped"


In " Centre for Research , Documentation and Publication " held a press conference on the Law of War and Categories his amendment whereby the coming weeks will be introduced in the law category of " persons raped " during the war .

Meanwhile , Rudina Hasimja , also an activist of the " Centre for Research , Documentation and Publication ," explained the introduction of the category of " persons raped " in existing law .

" Under the proposed amendment , has a tendency to persons raped during the war left out privileges enjoyed by other categories of survivors , without any valid reason .
